It will be finalised before Sessions is sold. Treat it as a statement of intent, not final terms.
License. One Pro license covers one person on up to 3 machines they
personally use. The free tier may be used without restriction.
Ownership. You own your music and your data. The Sessions software
remains the property of its author.
No warranty. Sessions reads your files and never intentionally modifies
your sessions, but the software is provided "as is" — back up your work. To the maximum
extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for data loss or damages arising from use
of the software.
Restrictions. Don't redistribute, resell, or crack the software; don't
use it to build a competing dataset/service.
Trademarks. Sessions is an independent tool, not affiliated with or
endorsed by any DAW maker — "Ableton" and "Ableton Live" are trademarks of Ableton AG,
"FL Studio" of Image-Line, "Logic Pro" of Apple Inc., "Reaper" of Cockos Inc., and
"Studio One" of PreSonus Audio Electronics; all other marks belong to their respective
owners.
Termination. Licenses violated under §4 may be revoked; refunds per
store policy (14 days, no questions).
