Earn up to $8.80 every time someone buys Sessions Pro through your link.
Sessions is the studio HQ for music producers. It turns a folder of Ableton projects into a real library, BPM and key detected, and with Pro, every bounce is playable without opening Live and every demo you send to a label is tracked.
The part that makes it an easy recommend: it's free, with unlimited projects and no account. You're not asking your audience to gamble $44 on your word, you're telling them to go install something and watch it read their projects back to them. You earn when they decide Pro is worth it.
This button is the signup. Lemon Squeezy enrolls you, gives you your tracking link and dashboard, and handles payouts: everything on the affiliate side starts here. The form further down is a separate, optional step.
Teach music production? There's a version of this written for schools and teachers, see the educators page.
How it works
- Apply. Takes a minute. Applications are read by a person rather than auto-approved, this is one independent developer's product and it matters who recommends it. Expect a reply within a few days.
- Share your link. The moment you're approved, Lemon Squeezy gives you your own link and a live dashboard. Put it wherever you like, video description, blog post, Discord, course notes.
- Get paid. 20% of every Pro sale, tracked and paid out automatically once your balance passes $10. No invoicing, no chasing.
The terms
- 20% of every Pro purchase through your link, $8.80 on a $44 sale.
- 30-day tracking window. Someone can click today, think it over, and buy three weeks later, you still get credited.
- $10 minimum balance before a payout runs.
- Tracking, dashboard and payouts handled end to end by Lemon Squeezy.
- Disclose that you're paid. Wherever you promote Sessions, say plainly that you earn from sales, "I get a commission" is enough. The FTC's endorsement rules require it of both of us, and it's a condition of the program.
Pick your discount
You can offer your audience 10% or 20% off, or no code at all. A bigger discount is a stronger pitch, but commission is a percentage of what they actually pay, so part of it comes out of your cut. The whole trade:
| Your offer | They pay | You earn |
|---|---|---|
| No code | $44.00 | $8.80 |
| 10% off | $39.60 | $7.92 |
| 20% off | $35.20 | $7.04 |
Commission is 20% of the product price, before any sales tax or VAT added at checkout. Payouts are handled by Lemon Squeezy, so their payout terms apply.
There's no wrong answer. A discount converts better for most audiences, and 20% of more sales beats 20% of fewer, pick whichever fits how you'd actually pitch it.
Request your code (optional)
This isn't the application, apply with the button above first. This form doesn't sign you up or submit anything; it only opens your email so you can tell us the discount code you'd like. Codes are made by hand, so we create it when we approve you. What you get back is a single link that applies the discount and credits you at the same time, that's the one to share. Changed your mind later? Send it again to move between 10% and 20%, or drop the code entirely, whenever you like.
This opens your email app with everything filled in, nothing is submitted from this page. If it doesn't open, email [email protected] with your code and which discount you want.
Worth knowing before you apply
- Your code alone will not credit you. A discount code gives your audience their discount, but it carries no tracking, only the link does. Read a code aloud on a podcast and you'll have given away 20% and earned nothing. Always share the combined link we send you; we'd rather say that now than have you find out from an empty dashboard.
- Pro is a one-time $44, not a subscription. That means one commission per customer, not a recurring cut. We think charging once is the honest way to sell software, but it does make the math different from most programs you've joined.
- Sessions is Ableton-first. Core features work with FL Studio, Logic, REAPER and Studio One, but the deepest ones are Live's. Pitch it to the audience it actually serves.
Who it fits
Anyone making things for Ableton and electronic-music producers: studio and workflow videos, plugin or sample reviews, production courses, or content about getting demos in front of labels. If your audience has a Sessions folder they're embarrassed by, this is for them.
