This page lists 501 house labels, 102 of them with a written history rather than just a name. House is the widest section in this catalog by some distance, and the range is the useful part: Dance Mania has run out of Chicago since 1985 and became the defining imprint of ghetto house, Defected has been the closest thing UK house has to an institution since Simon Dunmore founded it in London in 1999, and Haŵs grew out of a Cardiff party series into a vinyl imprint. Those are three completely different sends, and the histories are here so you can work out which one your track is for. Who is reading demos this week is a separate question: the entry below on Defected notes that it opened to unsolicited submissions in 2023 for the first time in its history, and a door that opens like that can close again without anyone announcing it.
What this page is, and what it is not
It is a scene page. All 501 names here release house, and the 102 carrying a paragraph have one because somebody sat down with the label's own words, its catalogue and its interviews; the other 399 are genre-tagged and searchable while that work catches up. On a section this wide the paragraph is the whole difference between a Chicago imprint that has been pressing records since 1985 and a label in Karaganda that runs a mastering studio and a radio show alongside its catalogue.
It is not a list of open inboxes. Houseum's entry below records a label that states flatly it does not take demos, which is worth knowing before you write rather than after, and which is exactly the kind of thing that can change without anyone announcing it. A page that prints a demo address beside hundreds of house labels is showing you what was true on the day it was scraped, and some of it was never true at all.
Which is why the routes live in the app rather than out here. Sessions carries this catalog as a directory you can search and filter, with the current known route for a label sitting next to somewhere to write down what you find out yourself, because research is the only thing that answers "are they open right now".
How to read this list
- Alphabetical, not ranked. There is no scoring and no top ten across these 501 names. A small imprint whose last four records would sit happily beside your track is a better send than a famous one whose roster you do not fit.
- The line under each name is the catalog's own genre tagging, and it does real work on this page: 98 of the 102 written-up labels carry a second genre beside house, so it tells you whether you are reading about a disco-leaning imprint, a tech house one, or a bass label that puts out house on the side.
- Labels and outlets are kept apart. The section further down holds 22 premiere channels, 17 radio stations and 11 magazines, none of which sign records, and several of the labels above them started life as that kind of channel before growing a label arm, so the badge tracks what a thing does now rather than where it began.
- Some names here charge to consider a demo. On a page this long that is worth checking before you spend a send on one. They are flagged inside the app, on the free tier, and this page names neither the labels nor the amounts.

13th Hour Records
13th Hour Records is a New York-based independent label whose own site says it was 'initially started by two friends looking for dance music on the darker end of the spectrum' and has 'since evolved into an eclectic outlet for experimental, ambient and electronic sounds,' under the tagline 'Music for the Witching Hour.' Resident Advisor lists it as established 2018, matching its first catalogue entry, the compilation 13th Hour Vol. 1 (2018). It ran a numbered compilation series (Vol. 1-5, 2018-2020) alongside artist EPs, and gave Colombian house producer Felipe Gordon an early outing on Vol. 3. The founders' names and a founding city beyond 'New York' could NOT be verified: the label deliberately does not name them anywhere reachable, so no founder name is asserted.
20:20 Vision
20/20 Vision was founded in 1995 by Ralph Lawson, the long-standing resident of Leeds club night Back to Basics, together with Carl Finlow, working out of a farmhouse studio outside Leeds. The name was chosen for the idea of perfect vision at a moment when house music was splintering into ever smaller subgenres, and the label deliberately refused to specialise. It has run for three decades as one of the UK's most durable independent house imprints, releasing deep house, tech house and broken electronics from Ralph Lawson, Random Factor (Carl Finlow), Nightmares On Wax, Chez Damier, Ron Basejam and Janeret among many others. Its own summary of itself is 'Leeds based purveyors of quality electronic music from around the globe'. The label marked its thirtieth anniversary with a series of records and events under the banner Full Circle.
3000 Bass
3000 Bass began as a SoundCloud channel showcasing UK bass and grew into one of the genre's main editorial platforms before becoming a label, events brand and artist agency under the umbrella it now calls The 3000 Network. Its own About page says it was 'one of the original homes of artists such as Skepsis, Holy Goof and distinkt' (championed on the platform, which is not the same as signed to the label). A Soundplate interview catches them roughly two years into running 3000 Bass events, having passed 50,000 SoundCloud followers in ten months, with the stated ambition 'Record label, artist agency, more events, world domination!'; Discogs dates their first catalogued release to 2015. The brand later added the sister imprint 3000 Deep for deep and tech house. No official page states a founding year or city, so the origin date could not be established beyond 'releasing by 2015'.
44,100Hz Social Club
44,100Hz Social Club was started by DJ and producer Denis Yurgens and operates out of Maspalomas on Gran Canaria, Spain. It is two things at once: a long-running numbered guest-mix series on SoundCloud, now past episode 80, and a small Bandcamp label whose output is mostly edits, released as the 'Social(ist) Edits' series (volumes 1 through 8) plus various-artist packages like '44,100Hz Winter Cuts'. Guests on the mix series have included Curses and DJ Rocca, which sets the register: cosmic disco, italo, EBM-tinted house and leftfield club music rather than straight four-to-the-floor. The label wears its refusal to be categorised on its sleeve, its SoundCloud bio ending with the line 'GENRES ARE FOR JOURNALISTS'. Some releases have been run as charity records, with the ALTC edit dedicating all profits to Aid Box Community.
803 Crystal Grooves Collective Cuts (Cinthie / Elevate.Berlin)
Collective Cuts is the various-artists sublabel of 803 Crystal Grooves, the imprint run by Berlin DJ and producer Cinthie (Cinthie Christl). She launched Collective Cuts in 2020 with a stated purpose: where 803 Crystal Grooves carries her own raw, classic-leaning house productions, Collective Cuts exists as a platform for the music of her peers. It runs as numbered various-artist EPs, reaching Volume 8 in June 2025. The label has introduced or hosted KETTAMA, 9th House, S3A, UC Beatz, Anaxander and Azuni among others, which has given it a reputation as an early stop for the harder, raw end of contemporary house. It sits inside a larger operation: Cinthie also runs the Elevate record store in Berlin with Carsten Schuchmann, and the labels Beste Modus, we_r house, Unison Wax and Beste Freunde alongside it.
877 Records
877 Records is an independent Brighton-based bass label whose own Discogs profile reads '877 is an independant record label based in the UK, where we work with artists from around the world. We focus on House, Bass and Garage, but no genre is ruled out'; its Bandcamp shortens that to 'Underground Bass Music.' Its catalogue runs from at least early 2015 through 2023, roughly 55 releases spanning UK garage, bass music and breaks. Output appears to have stopped after mid-2023.
96 and Forever
96 and Forever is the self-run imprint of the New York producer Baltra, whose Bandcamp bio for it reads simply 'Label run by Baltra'. He started putting music out through it in 2016, in parallel with the mid-2010s lo-fi house wave that also carried Mall Grab, DJ Seinfeld and Ross From Friends. It is functionally an artist label rather than a roster label: nearly every release is Baltra's own, including the 2019 album 'Ted' on 2x12 inch vinyl and the 2023 mixtape 'Where I End', with a single collaborative outing as Baltra & FaltyDL on 'Twin Cities'. His other music goes out on Step Rec., IDNK, Tape Throb, Shall Not Fade's Lost Palms and Of Paradise. The imprint is still running, with a steady drip of digital singles through 2025 into 2026.
Abracadabra Music
Abracadabra is the house music brand of BLOND:ISH (Vivie-Ann Bakos), which started as an event series and grew a record label alongside it. The official site dates the series to December 2017, with the first party at Basement Miami on 8 December 2017, and it has since run 46 events across 16 or more cities, with a flagship weekly Wednesday residency at Pacha Ibiza in 2025 and again from 13 May to 29 July 2026. The music sits in melodic house, organic house and Afro house, and the site now splits the recorded side into Abra Records and an experimental arm called Abra X. Retailers catalogue the imprint as Abracadabra Music while its Bandcamp trades as Abracadabra Records, so the name varies by surface. The parties emphasise long sets, art installations and an environmental stance.
Airtime Records
Airtime is an independent house label and events brand from the Netherlands, founded in 2019 by Utrecht DJ and producer Jesse Jacob. Jacob started out in techno before moving into house, and the label followed him: it rebranded around a sound he describes as deeper and more underground styles of house combined with an influence of garage, which is why Beatport files its catalogue across deep house, tech house, minimal and deep tech, jackin house and UK garage or bassline. The AT catalogue has passed twenty-four releases and the roster is built around emerging producers rather than names, a point Jacob makes explicitly about how he picks records. The label marked its fifth year with a '5 Years Of Airtime' various-artists compilation.
Altzmusica
Altzmusica is a Japanese independent label started in 2009 by the Osaka producer and DJ ALTZ (Takashi Yamaga), who also runs the Flower of Life party. Its own shop describes it as a domestic independent label aiming to release records that fill the gaps other labels leave, built around artists it found for their sensibility rather than their profile. The catalogue splits between a 12-inch and 7-inch vinyl series (the AM prefix) and a CD series (AMNCD), and covers nu-disco, deep and leftfield house, edits and psychedelic downtempo. Its best-known record is the Idjut Boys' 'World 1st Day' with an ALTZ remix; other releases came from Daisuke Kondo, Keta Ra, Gonno, Asymmedley and Shota Sakamoto. ALTZ himself has released on Bearfunk, DFA and Lastrum and remixed Idjut Boys, Boredoms and Mark Stewart.
Andhera Records
A Brooklyn house imprint whose own site states "BROOKLYN BORN // AWAKE SINCE 2020"; Resident Advisor also lists it as founded in 2020 and describes it as a "Brooklyn Based Minimal/Deep Tech Label." It is run by Ky William, whom Beatport's editorial arm calls the label's figurehead, corroborated by the fact that the demo form embedded on the label's own site posts to a submission account under the handle "ky-william". Beatportal characterises the current output as groove-led, dancefloor-focused house drawing on the spirit of 90s rave culture, and the label has passed a 50-releases milestone. Andhera presents itself as more than a record label, wrapping events, artist development and education, and apparel drops around the catalogue.
Anjunabeats
Anjunabeats is the British label started in 2000 by Jono Grant and Paavo Siljamaki, later joined by Tony McGuinness as Above & Beyond, originally as a vehicle for their own records before growing into one of the largest independents in trance and progressive. It launched or broke Mat Zo, Audien, Arty, Andrew Bayer and Seven Lions, and Above & Beyond's 2018 album 'Common Ground' hit number three on the Billboard album chart. Four of its releases have been nominated for Grammys. The Anjuna group now spans Anjunabeats, the deeper sister label Anjunadeep and the ambient offshoot Anjunachill, plus a substantial touring and festival brand.
ANS Recordings
ANS Recordings is the personal album imprint of New York producer Anthony Naples, run as a division of Incienso, the label he co-founded in 2017 with Jenny Slattery. It launched in 2018 with the OTT / ZTL 12 inch and has since carried every one of his solo full-lengths: Fog FM in 2019, Chameleon in 2021, Orbs in 2023, Scanners in 2025 and In Studio Magic in December 2025. The sound is the reason the book files it under house, techno and downtempo at once: Resident Advisor characterises the catalogue as home listening techno, smoky house and techno, and a guitar-heavy downtempo record, and the recent albums sit in a dub house register. Its catalogue numbers run ANS1000 through ANS8000, one per album. Incienso, the parent, is the outward-facing label with an actual roster (DJ Python, Huerco S., Call Super, James K, Loidis, Beta Librae); ANS is the wing reserved for Naples himself.
AOC Records
AOC Records (the name spells out on its own channels as Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée Records, the French wine-classification pun) was created in Paris in 2017 as the in-house label of the production and management company Triple-Double, launched alongside the Bellaire project. Mixmag France names three DJs as its founders: Bellaire, Georges and Bomel, and describes a house/jazz/funk/deep-house/disco remit with a 'bon vivant' identity that ties records to food, wine and Paris parties. Resident Advisor summarises it bluntly as 'Bellaire's own label,' and the catalogue bears that out: AOC001 through AOC07 are almost entirely Bellaire, with Georges and a various-artists volume. What could NOT be verified: any AOC-branded release dated later than 2025, and whether the imprint is still signing outside artists or has effectively folded back into Triple-Double, where the same artists' newer records appear.
Apparel Music
Apparel Music was set up in 2009 by Giuseppe D'Alessandro, who produces as KiSk, and has operated as a label with what it calls a 'Jazzy' sound since 2010 out of Milan. The whole idea was to push dance music toward jazz (the label's own line is that jazz 'becomes a way of reconfirming the most virtuoso elements of house music', bringing a human dynamic to cold electronic music), and its logo, two dogs standing for yin and yang, day and night, good and bad, is meant to read as love. It has since branched into a small family of imprints: Apparel Tronic in 2017 with Ludovico Schilling (SCHiLLiNG) for trip-hop, downtempo, jungle and lo-fi; Apparel Wax and AppaRec, both fronted by anonymous ghost-producer collectives; Apparel Music Red for live music in 2022; and an Apparel Music Extra line carrying the APDEXTRA catalogue prefix. The operation is licensed through Seisei S.r.l. and distributed by Word and Sound.
Apron Records
Apron Records is the London imprint of Steven Julien, the producer previously known as FunkinEven, and its first release, the Funkineven 'Apron EP' (APRON001), came out in 2011. It grew from a personal outlet into what the label now calls a quality seal for Black music running from jazz to electronic by way of hip hop, house and fusion, and it has expanded into apparel and into live events, including a Tokyo show at Circus and a long-running NTS radio residency. The catalogue mixes Julien's own records with releases from Kyle Hall, Benedek, Zopelar, K15, SMBD and Jarren, and it has a strong Brazilian thread through Zopelar. It passed catalogue number APRON50 in 2025.
Armada Music
Armada Music was founded in Amsterdam in 2003 by Armin van Buuren, Maykel Piron and David Lewis, with the name built from the first two letters of each founder's name. It grew out of trance into the largest independent dance music company in the world by its own description, with a catalogue past 50,000 tracks, offices in Amsterdam, London, New York and Laren, and a stack of imprints including Armind, A State of Trance, Armada Deep, Armada Chill and Flashover, plus King Street Sounds acquired in 2023. It won Best Global Record Label at the International Dance Music Awards five years running. Beyond releasing, it runs Armada University for producers, a club, a radio studio, a publishing arm and the BEAT Music Fund for catalogue acquisitions, and in October 2025 it launched NBT Records with Simon Dunmore from its new London hub.
Aterral
Aterral is a Berlin label and mix series started in 2020 by Carlo, a DJ and producer originally from Malaga in Andalucia who moved north and launched the imprint during the pandemic. He set it up partly as an outlet for his own records and partly to push friends and under-exposed producers, opening with releases from Black Loops, Lis Sarroca and himself. The sound is warm, unhurried deep house with a Mediterranean tint, running into two-step, minimal and richly textured grooves, and Carlo has described the aim as showing his own taste in house music and releasing records he could not easily find elsewhere. Around the label sits an extensive mix series, now past 140 episodes, plus a radio strand, sample packs and merchandise. It hit its 40th release and fifth anniversary in January 2026 with the compilation VA - V.
Automatic Writing
Automatic Writing is a Paris vinyl label founded in 2016 by Darween, Jacan and Nico Dee, dedicated to what it calls the minimal side of house music and releasing both local Parisian and international producers. Its own strapline is 'Grooving Fragments of Imagination, automatically written'. The name covers three things: the label, the Automatic parties in Paris, and a DJ trio of the same name made up of Darween, Jacan and Guillermo Jamas. Releases are vinyl first, distributed by the Paris distributor Yoyaku, with A&R credited to Darween and Jacan and artwork by Darween. It marked ten years in 2026 with Scenarii Vol.3, a twelve track various artists box set limited to 100 copies.
Baikonur
Baikonur Recordings is a tech house label, analog mastering studio and radio show founded in 2015 and based in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. It runs a high-volume catalogue (past catalogue number BKN510 by mid-2026) and positions itself around DJ support, listing plays from Jamie Jones, Paco Osuna, Mark Knight, Chris Lake, James Hype, Solardo and Nicole Moudaber, plus airplay on BBC Radio 1 and Kiss FM. Alongside releases it sells mixing, mastering and promotion services and runs sub-operations including Baikonur Analog Mastering and Baikonur Launchpad.
Bass Culture
Bass Culture Records is a house and techno label started in 2009 by the Parisian DJ and producer D'Julz, and it takes its name from his long-running Bass Culture residency at Rex Club in Paris, which the label and Resident Advisor both describe as the club's longest-running residency. The catalogue has stayed deliberately dance-floor-first and international across ~77 catalogue numbers, mixing French artists with US and German deep-house names. It is still visibly a going concern in 2026: a D'Julz album, a V.A. compilation and a Kerouac EP all landed that year, and the Rex Club nights continue.
Bedroom Muzic
Bedroom Muzik is a South Florida house label established in 2006 to release digital electronic music with a Latin accent, describing itself as bringing 'the latin soul & funk of underground house music' together with international talent. It has a particular association with Colombian artists blending house, tribal and electro. The operation grew into a small family of imprints, with sublabels including Bedroom Deep, Bedroom Chill, Neon Muzik, Digital + Muzik and Dum A Dum Records.
BEEYOU Records
A London house and techno label built around a bee/hive conceit. Its own SoundCloud bio reads 'Spreading love and happiness through the form of music and dance culture,' and Bandcamp lists it in London, UK. No founder is publicly named anywhere on its own channels; the catalogue is organised into series instead (BEEY for vinyl, BDIGI for digital, SBEE/Subee, BEESWAX, BEEYDM), alongside a Buzzcast mix series and parties, including a recurring Beeyou & Dungeon Meat Christmas event and a Buzzcast recorded live at FOLD. The oldest vinyl catalogue posts on its SoundCloud date to roughly 2019-2020, and BEEYOU RECORDS LTD was incorporated on 7 April 2020 with a registered office in Braintree, Essex. A 2017 founding year is claimed on the label's LinkedIn and a 2024 rebrand is credited to designer James Willsher (both via search snippet, unverified).
Berg Audio
Berg Audio is a dub techno label that describes itself as taking its aesthetic inspiration from the lost monuments of the Soviet era in eastern Europe. Its releases run through deep, dubby and hypnotic territory, with an ongoing ELEMENTS series that hands a record over to a single producer at a time. Recent instalments have gone to Zone+, Traumer and Mihai Popoviciu, several of them running to multiple volumes. The label is distributed and stocked through European dance specialists including Clone, Yoyaku and Traxsource, and it is releasing steadily into 2026. Its own website has not been touched in years, but the discography has not slowed.
Beyond Space And Time
Beyond Space And Time, abbreviated BEST, is the record label arm of Rainbow Disco Club, the Japanese festival that has run for over a decade and now takes place at Izu Inatori in Shizuoka. The label launched in November 2019 with a 7 inch sampler and then BEST001, a double LP compilation curated by DJ Nobu from his own collection, spanning Laurent Garnier, Dan Curtin, Burial, Pan Sonic and Front 242. Its second volume was compiled by Antal of Amsterdam's Rush Hour, an eleven track double 12 inch reaching across house, disco, new wave, Caribbean and rare groove. BEST003, released in October 2022, documented a studio improvisation between Kuniyuki, Soichi Terada and Sauce81 that grew out of a performance at the festival. Output is curator-led and occasional rather than a regular schedule.
Big Beat Records
Big Beat was started in New York in 1986 by Craig Kallman, then 20 years old, running an independent house and hip-hop label out of his bedroom. Early sellers such as Kraze's 'The Party' drew the attention of Atlantic Records, which bought the label in 1992 and made Kallman a VP of A&R (he later became Atlantic's chairman and CEO). By 1998 the roster had been absorbed into Atlantic and the imprint went quiet, and a 2001 attempt to restart it was abandoned. Atlantic relaunched Big Beat in 2010 as a dance and electronic imprint, breaking Wynter Gordon's 'Dirty Talk' and Martin Solveig's 'Hello' and then releasing Skrillex's Grammy-winning 'Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites'. It operates today as the electronic arm of Atlantic Records Group inside Warner Music Group.
Black Book
Chris Lake (Norwich-born, long since US-based) launched Black Book Records in 2017 alongside his single 'Operator', and it became one of the imprints that defined the late-2010s and 2020s tech-house wave. It is run with his manager Brett Fischer of AYITA and head of A&R Ian Massoth, and its catalogue reads as a who's-who of the sound: Wade, Detlef, HoneyLuv, Mochakk, NightFunk, Bontan, Chloé Robinson, plus Green Velvet, Walker & Royce and Noizu. The turn worth recording is the majors: Lake signed both his own output and the Black Book brand to Astralwerks, distributed via Caroline. It is very much a going concern: it put out Lake's first album, Chemistry (11 July 2025), and has kept a 2026 release schedule running.
Bobby Donny
Bobby Donny is the Amsterdam imprint of Dutch producer Steve Mensink, better known as Frits Wentink, launched in 2015 as a home for his own records and a small circle of friends. Discogs describes it plainly as 'Label by Steve Mensink. Home of Frits Wentink and others.' Early catalogue numbers gave early exposure to DJ Boring, Tlim Shug and Low End Activist alongside Wentink's own jazz-tinged, swing-heavy house. The label now runs largely through its ACE Series strand, a rolling run of various-artist EPs and Wentink/Malin Genie collaborations that keeps a steady 2025-2026 release pace.
Bunkaball Records
Bunkaball is the Paris-based label of French producer Don Rimini, founded in January 2017. Its own strapline is 'Don Rimini's Label. We Love Techno, Ghetto House, and Old School House', and its catalogue runs to 120-plus releases built around jacking ghetto-house and old-school house, including the long-running various-artist series The Bank and Don Rimini's own Lost Tape volumes. Since 2018 Don Rimini has hosted a monthly Bunkaball radio show, now a residency on Rinse France.
Cercle Records
French events, film and record-label operation founded around its 1 March 2015 channel, 'an artistic movement that hosts and curates experiences, events, festivals, a record label, and immersive musical journeys... highlighting unique artists on unique stages.' 3.64M subscribers and 1.01bn views from only 306 videos: enormous per-video reach, but each one is a filmed live performance at a landmark location.

Cheeky Music Group
Cheeky Music Group is a London umbrella formed in 2020 for a cluster of small breakbeat, UK garage, jungle and electro imprints, each with its own catalogue prefix: Breaks 'N' Pieces (BRKN), Cheeky Sneakers (CHEEKY), Running Out Of Steam (ROOS), LOW BATTERY, RRRAAAVVVEEE, Fruity Edits, Welcome To The Loop World and Breaks 'N' Deeper. Discogs lists it as a sub-label of Lobster Theremin with contact given only as 'See parent label'. Its catalogue runs from BRKN001 in September 2020 to ROOS016 in June 2023, after which both the Bandcamp and the SoundCloud stop.
Church
Church is a south London label that grew out of a club night Seb Wildblood and Dom Apes started in the early 2010s, named after the Camberwell church whose basement hosted the first parties; once the church worked out what the events actually were the nights were cancelled and the brand moved to Corsica Studios. Releases began in 2012 with CHURCH000, and the label became a reference point for jazz-tinged, lo-fi, unhurried deep house, adding a CHURCHM sub-series and a 'Volumes' compilation strand. Wildblood went on to found Coastal Haze and then all my thoughts in 2017, and his current bios still list him as owner of all three, but Church itself has not issued a record since 2022.
CircoLoco
CircoLoco Records is the record label arm of CircoLoco, the Monday party that has run at DC-10 in Ibiza since the late 1990s and has since franchised worldwide. The label was established in May 2021 by CircoLoco founder Antonio Carbonaro with business partner Andrea Pelino, in an unusual partnership with ROCKSTAR GAMES (the Grand Theft Auto publisher), and its releases are folded into GTA Online's virtual clubs and radio. It opened with the 'Monday Dreamin'' compilation (June 2021, with Seth Troxler, Rampa, Dixon, Kerri Chandler and Sama' Abdulhadi) and has since moved from underground house/techno toward big, chart-facing records: Prospa's debut album, PAWSA, Skream, Mochakk, Carlita, Jamback and now ANOTR.
clipp.art
clipp.art is a Melbourne netlabel founded in 2017 that describes itself as 'an ongoing series of semi-regular digital cuts focused firmly on the outer edge of raw electronica & dancing music'. It runs at an unusual clip (catalogue numbers are past CLIPP260) and pairs the digital output with artist management, occasional limited 12" vinyl and parties whose lineups have included Gerd Janson, Breakbot, Ross From Friends, DJ Seinfeld, DJ Boring and Coeo. Its own site lists support from Andrew Weatherall, Optimo, Laurent Garnier, The Black Madonna and Pete Tong, a serious tastemaker footprint for a label this informal. No founder is named on any official page, so ownership could not be established beyond 'founded in 2017'.
Cómeme
Comeme was founded in 2009 by the Chilean-German producer Matias Aguayo and is now directed by Aguayo together with Avril Ceballos. It describes itself as an internationalist label, a dance music caravan joined and nurtured by artists from Buenos Aires, Johannesburg, Medellin, Bucharest, Mexico and Cologne, aiming at diversity, irreverence, musical insurgency and freedom. Its identity is built on raw, percussive, vocal-forward dance music and the long-running Radio Comeme broadcast strand rather than on a single genre. Release credits as of 2026 place its base at Comeme Headquarters, Mexico City.
Confession
Tchami (Martin Bresso), the French producer credited with coining 'future house', launched Confession in November 2015 to give the sound he had named a home and to develop artists around it: the debut release was Quebec producer ANGELZ's 'Hey Girl' on 18 November 2015, with Malaa's 'Notorious' second. Run from Tchami's Paris base and entangled with the Pardon My French crew (Tchami, DJ Snake, Malaa, Mercer), it grew from one-off singles into EPs, the Discothèque Records compilation series and label parties and tours worldwide, including a Confession tour of North America in late 2018. In January 2022 it teamed with AC Slater's Night Bass for the joint 'Confession X Night Bass: The Album'. Tchami has said outsiders assume Confession has one fixed sound, which is the opposite of his intent. The catalogue bears him out, drifting from future house into bass house and, lately, tech house.
Crue-L Records
Crue-L Records was founded in Tokyo in 1991 by DJ Kenji Takimi, and became one of the defining Japanese independents of the Shibuya-kei years, releasing Love Tambourines, Kahimi Karie and Port Of Notes alongside its in-house band Crue-L Grand Orchestra. The catalogue runs across house, dub, disco, balearic and leftfield pop rather than sitting in one lane, and it has drawn remix work from Theo Parrish, Joaquin Joe Claussell and DJ Harvey. Since 2021 it has run the CRUE-L WAVE vinyl series, extended in 2024 into a collaboration with the Japanese retailer WAVE.
Dance Mania
Dance Mania was founded in Chicago in 1985, with Jesse Saunders credited on the original release and Ray Barney choosing the label name a year later; Barney ran it out of his Barney's One Stop record distribution business. Across roughly 300 records it became the defining imprint of ghetto house, the raw drum-machine-and-chant Chicago style that fed directly into juke and footwork, and it has been described as ghetto house's Motown. The label stopped in 1999 and relaunched in 2013 on renewed DJ demand for its 90s catalogue, with Barney and Parris Mitchell reissuing classics and mixing in occasional new material.
Dansu Discs
Nick Howsley started Dansu Discs in January 2017 in Leeds, where he was studying at Leeds Beckett and working in the local nightlife. It began as a two-person, digital-only operation before becoming his solo project, and he relocated to London in September 2019. The early catalogue was lo-fi and distorted; it later settled into the label's signature lane of feel-good, groove-led UK garage and high-energy 130bpm club music, expanding from digital-only into vinyl and wider distribution alongside Bandcamp. Howsley has been explicit that the A&R policy favours under-the-radar artists over names, and the label adopted the slogan 'Bringing People Together' along with releases supporting mental-health charities. That said, it now lands genuinely established signings (Alan Fitzpatrick and Josh Butler both released in the 2026 run), so the under-the-radar framing is no longer the whole picture.
De La Groove Records
A Paris house collective and label, founded in 2016; Resident Advisor's profile reads "Collective & record label founded in 2016. Composed by 7 DJs & producers, De La Groove is gathering people around the principles and values of house music through their events or releases." Its own SoundCloud names the core crew as Chinau, Knuckle G, Larry G, Pedro de Montelimar and Vanderkraft, with Larry G and Chinau also handling A&R. The catalogue has passed 30 releases across nearly a decade, built on carefully sequenced various-artists compilations, and the label holds a residency on Radio FG. Its December 2025 compilation PANORAMA (13 tracks pitched as a journey rather than a collection) is the clearest statement of its range, from soulful and groovy to raw, club-facing rhythms.
Defected Records
Simon Dunmore founded Defected in London in January 1999, leaving his job running A&M's dance division AM:PM to bet on himself, with initial funding from Ministry of Sound. It hit immediately (debut release Soulsearcher's "Can't Get Enough" went top five in the UK, and Roger Sanchez's "Another Chance" went number one in 2001), and it became the closest thing UK house has to an institution, spanning a dozen sub-labels (DFTD, Glitterbox Recordings, Classic Music Company, Nu Groove, Soulfuric, Big Love, 4 To The Floor, D4 D4NCE, The Remedy Project), the Glitterbox nightlife brand conceived in 2014, radio, and a 25th-anniversary world tour across 25 countries in 2024. The turn that matters: in September 2022 Dunmore sold the company to investor Stephen Devonshire and CEO Wez Saunders through Optimum Defected Holdings Limited, ending 23 years of founder ownership. The second, for anyone submitting: in September 2023 Defected opened its demo process to unsolicited submissions for the first time in its history, via a partnership with Beatport-owned LabelRadar.
Délicieuse Records
Délicieuse Records is the professional half of the Bordeaux operation that began life as the Délicieuse Musique webzine in 2012. RA dates the label itself to 2012 and describes it plainly as 'the artist management team, record label, booking and event agency of the website Delicieuse Musique'. Co-founders Mathieu Léglise (artist development and positioning) and Gautier de Bosredon (publishing, catalogue and sync) turned a tastemaker blog into a four-part business: label, music publisher, booking agency and management firm, run from Bordeaux with a Paris foot. Its own bio calls it 'a multi-genre record label and publishing company' and the catalogue backs that up rather than any single scene: Danish downtempo from Jesper Ryom, jazz-inflected house from dublon (with saxophonist Nathan Haines), French indie-electronica from Tar Blanche, Carleton and Duke Boara. The thing to understand before pitching it: the management and booking roster is far larger and more famous than the discography, which is why third-party 'roster' listings for this label are misleading.
Dirtybird
Dirtybird was started in January 2005 in San Francisco by Barclay Crenshaw, better known as Claude VonStroke. The idea came out of making 'Intellect', his 2002 documentary on house and techno producers: he needed original music for the soundtrack and ended up with a label instead. It grew out of the free Dirtybird BBQ parties he began throwing in Golden Gate Park in 2003, and its sound is the one VonStroke himself named 'tech funk': bass-heavy, deliberately funny, West Coast house that has almost nothing to do with European minimalism. It launched Dirtybird Campout in 2015 for its tenth birthday and won Underground Label of the Year at the IDMAs in 2014 and 2015. Two turns matter: on 20 October 2022 EMPIRE bought the entire brand, back catalogue and all future releases (everything except the live events), with Moody Jones installed as president and VonStroke staying on to A&R; then in early 2026 VonStroke launched a separate label of his own, Wrong Number Records.
Don't Need A Million
A Marseille house label created by Wilko, Olivier (better known in the French house scene as Dub Striker) and Ben Davelly. Their own Bandcamp text frames it as a reset: 'The time to start a new chapter from scratch had arrived. Although starting fresh, the love and passion for house music never diminished. House music is all about shared emotions and collective stories.' The catalogue is built around multi-artist compilations rather than single-artist EPs, which has pulled in names well above the label's own profile: Tour-Maubourg and Retromigration among them. No official page states a founding year, and the newest datable release is from 2025.
D-Vine Sounds
DVINE Sounds was set up by Defected DJ Sam Divine with Kamilla Jilani and Jess Bays, born in Divine's words by pure accident at a lunch meeting in Shoreditch, out of her frustration that up-and-coming house producers had no big enough platform and little chance with established labels. Divine has said she wanted to use what she learned during a stint as A&R at Defected to bridge that gap, and that building a story with an artist is her number one priority. The label stepped back for a period, with Defected founder Simon Dunmore taking it on, before Divine returned to run it herself ahead of its eighth anniversary in March 2023.
EELF
EELF began in 2017 as a lo-fi/underground house premiere channel and has since grown a real label arm. Its own site states 'Since 2017 EELF has carved out its own niche in the underground & lofi house world with its YouTube Channel launching careers for the artists it's featured. In 2024 the channel launched its own label and debut world tour.' The premiere channel is the larger half and is extremely active: @EELFtrax has 109K subscribers and about 1,600 videos, with an upload 7 hours before checking. The label side is genuine, not decorative: eelf.bandcamp.com carries roughly 16 releases under the bio 'Hazy pads, punchy drums, crisp hi-hats and all other things house', and eelfrecords.com lists tour dates across New York, Berlin, Paris, Dublin and Vienna into February 2026. It is Lithuanian, and a WELOFI feature attributes it to 'Andrius from Lithuania', the only operator attribution found, a first name from a single blog, so not settled.
Ego
Founded by Ilario Drago with its first single in 2005, Ego is one of the larger independent dance labels in Italy, operating from Verbania on Lake Maggiore.

A Kyiv based label working in melodic house and techno, progressive house and indie dance, known for its Axioma compilation series built around philosophical themes.
Ensis Music Group
Established in 2013 in Romania, Ensis grew into one of the larger dance label groups in Eastern Europe and now operates several imprints.

Established in London in 2003 by the producer Wasabi, Erase Records works across a wide span of underground house.
Esuoh
Esuoh ('house' spelled backwards) is a small independent label out of Palma, Mallorca, curated by the pair Alex Caro and Sote De Lino, who also release on it as a duo. Its own Bandcamp copy states the brief plainly: rooted in the true spirit of house, 'inspired by the raw essence of Chicago and the refined pulse of European club culture', promising no gimmicks, just music for proper dancers and real music lovers, always made for the dance floor. The catalog backs that up: deep and classic house EPs from mostly under-the-radar international producers, released steadily since roughly 2017-2018, with side series 'Esuoh White' and 'Esuoh Limited' for various-artists vinyl and Symphonic handling distribution; by March 2024 the label was describing a release as its 32nd, and by May 2026 the catalog had reached ESUOH045. To be straight about the limits: no interview, press feature or founding announcement exists for this label, so there is no verified founding date or founding story. Everything above comes from the label's own Bandcamp pages and release credits.
EXPERTS ONLY
John Summit started the label and event brand in 2022 while touring, originally as Off The Grid Records, wanting to release without a label's constraints. In June 2023 Mikey Made Cromie, the promoter behind California's Off The Grid Campout, sent a cease-and-desist over the name, and in September 2023 Summit rebranded to Experts Only: a double-black-diamond ski warning, matching a lifelong skiing habit that also gave him his stage name, and a phrase already printed on Off The Grid merch a year earlier, so the switch read as organic rather than forced. Operating from Summit's Miami base under the motto 'Music Without Limits', with distribution through Darkroom Records, it now claims '30+ Artists and Counting', took SiriusXM's Powertools Label of the Year for 2025, and was EDM.com's best label of 2024. It has also grown its own festival: Experts Only Festival runs 19-20 September 2026 at Randall's Island Park in New York.
Four Framed Music
Four Framed Music is an Amsterdam-based house label whose stated premise is pairing records with visual art. Its own description is 'a record label that brings together music and art in a unique way. Focusing on releasing high-quality NYC, Detroit, Chicago and Italo-influenced house records, always with a deep connection to the dancefloor.' The catalogue is small and vinyl-led: FOURFRAMED001 through FOURFRAMED007, with sleeve art credited per release and pressing at Deepgrooves. Coverage is genuinely thin: no founder's name, founding year, or press feature could be verified. The 'dave@' address on file implies a Dave runs it, but nothing on the label's website, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, Instagram, Linktree or any release page names a person, so no founder is asserted.
Freerange
Freerange was started in June 1996 in London by Jamie Odell (better known as Jimpster) and his old school friend Tom Roberts, initially as nothing more than a place to put out Odell's own Jimpster and Audiomontage records. Roberts brought the business head, Odell the music, and the label grew into what its own Bandcamp calls one of the most consistent and acclaimed UK indie house labels operating today, with a reputation built on finding producers early. The pair later launched a sister imprint, Delusions of Grandeur, to run alongside it. It passed thirty years in 2026: through that year the label rolled out '30 Years Of Freerange', thirty tracks from thirty artists spread across five EPs mixing label veterans with newer signings.
Future House Music
Future House Music began in Rotterdam in 2014 as a YouTube channel run by Aart van den Dool and Gino van Eijk, who, watching Oliver Heldens and Tchami put the genre on the map, grabbed the name and used the channel to bundle the sound in one place, taking what van Eijk calls the first-mover advantage; Beatportal traces it further back, to 'a passionate Facebook community for house music enthusiasts'. The record label proper was formed in 2016, and the brand widened from there into merch, wallpapers, a Discord, and live events in more than 20 countries. It is unusual in being a community-and-media operation as much as a label: the YouTube channel passed a million subscribers within about four years, the catalogue is past 600 releases (now at FHM440), and demo feedback, remix competitions and Q&As happen in its Discord. Beatportal made it Hype Label of the Month in February 2025; its stated mission is supporting new talent and putting artists first, which makes it one of the more genuinely open doors in the book.
Groovence Records
A Paris label whose own SoundCloud describes it in five words ('Deep, Broken, IDM, Jazz and Soul infused') and which releases under the GRVNC catalogue prefix, also styling itself 'Groovence Discs'. Its Bandcamp is based in Paris and its records are self-tagged broken beat, deep house, leftfield, techno and house, which is a wider remit than a straight house label. It works heavily through the premiere circuit, placing tracks with Bolting Bits, Le Mellotron, SlothBoogie and Nightclubber, and its bio doubles as a roster list of roughly 25 artists. A 2015 founding year is attributed to it in aggregator label copy (via search snippet, unverified); no founder is named on any of its own channels and no founding year appears there, so neither can be confirmed.
Happiness Therapy
Simon Blondeau (known as the DJ/producer Crowd Control) ran Happiness Therapy as a party around France for four or five years before deciding the night needed a label attached to it; the first record landed in June 2018. It is based in Lyon, not Paris, and it is unapologetically fun house music: piano riffs, disco-house edits, garage swing, all wrapped in a deliberately retro-90s identity Blondeau says took months to settle because he refused to look like every other imprint: 'we wanted to be known for quality music', which survives today as the bio line 'Quality music, quality people.' Jesse Bru's 15-track album The Coast (2020) is its biggest seller and the release that made its name outside France; Beatport made it Hype Label of the Month in February 2023. It has since branched into sub-series (Crucial Traxx, Saṃsāra Cycles, the Happy House compilations, and anniversary various-artists sets at three and five years) while the main HT catalogue has run past HT27.
Haŵs
Haŵs (a Welsh-inflected spelling of 'house') started as a Cardiff party series in summer 2016, founded by Eben Rees, Brynn Slater, James Wilkinson and Thomas Piesinger; the record label came later, run by Eben Rees, Thomas Piesinger and Rhodri Price, with Haŵs Party Vol. 1 released 6 November 2018. That two-step matters: the 2016 date belongs to the parties, not the label. It has since grown into a properly established underground house imprint, now past HAWS034, pressing vinyl at RAND Muzik and distributed by Subwax in Barcelona, alongside a HAWSMIX podcast that has run to 98 episodes and sprawling Club Unity compilations that pull in international names like Roza Terenzi and Eluize.
Helix Records
Established in 2022 by Patrick Moxey, the founder of Ultra Records, Helix is a multi-territory independent home for new electronic dance music.
Hot Creations
Jamie Jones and Lee Foss founded Hot Creations in 2010 out of a shared love of house, techno, disco, soul and funk, and it very quickly became the recorded sound of a specific Ibiza moment: the Paradise and DC-10 era, when a looser, groovier, more psychedelic house was taking over the island's dancefloors. Hot Natured, the group of Jones, Foss, Ali Love and Luca Cazal, came out of the label and put 'Benediction' into the UK Top 40 in 2013. It passed 100 EPs by 2017 and spun off Hottrax in 2012 as Jones's tech-house outlet and Emerald City for more song-based material. The turn: by 2016 the two founders' tastes had diverged and the label was drowning in inbound music, so Foss took his own taste off to found Repopulate Mars. Hot Creations stayed the Jones-led house flagship, and it is still very much running, with a 2026 Playa Soleil residency in Ibiza and a catalogue up into the HOTC280s.
House Call
House Call Records is the Los Angeles label of Dr. Fresch (Tony Fresch), built around his House Call brand and its 'Caller ID' radio show, which airs monthly on Insomniac Radio and is explicitly built from unreleased tracks and listener demos. Its own SoundCloud sums the structure up as @housecallrecs, by @drfresch, with @housecallradio monthly on Insomniac Radio. The sound is bass house, G-house and tech house rather than anything deep. The first catalogue release was Dr. Fresch and Marten Hörger's 'Take A Step Back', followed by UK artist Zero's 'Extrovert' as his first American release. The label has run Caller ID compilations, Operators and Call Backs volumes, and continues to release.
House Of Hustle
Started in 2014 with the stated aim of releasing house music with attitude rather than sticking to one subgenre, and marked ten years of releases in 2024.
Houseum Records
Houseum is a Paris operation that runs in two halves. It began in 2016 as a YouTube channel uploading house music daily, now 441,000 subscribers, 3,100 videos and individual uploads in the tens of millions of views (Swales' 'In Detroit Edit' at 28M, Bellaire's 'Paris City Jazz' at 17M). In 2018 its creator, Grégoire (who also DJs as HSM), spun a vinyl and digital label out of the audience. Resident Advisor lists five people behind it (producers Gavinco, Ricky Razu, Holo and Marc Brauner plus founder HSM) and the label has a sublabel, Ellipse Records. It also throws parties at Djoon in Paris. Crucially for a submission tracker, the label states flatly that it does not take demos.
HOUZ
Founded in October 2017 and based in Warsaw, HOUZ is a house label whose stated aim is supporting underground artists internationally.
Infinite Pleasure
Infinite Pleasure is a Rotterdam label launched in 2017 and run by Khalil Ryahi, who also DJs under the Infinite Pleasure name. Its first vinyl, SZCH's 'Brzi Boogie' (INPL001), is dated 14 February 2017. It is deliberately not just a label: its own Instagram bio describes it as 'Record Label | DJ | Events', and Ryahi's day job is programming the night programme at WORM, the Rotterdam culture-and-arts venue, where he told an interviewer he wants to 'make a vibrant, diverse, exciting and surprising night/club programme available and easily accessible to all the humans of Rotterdam'. That same catholic taste is the label's signature: it self-describes as underground electronix across a wide range of styles under the tagline 'We treasure your pleasure!', and the catalog genuinely wanders: house, disco and boogie, electro (DMX Krew remixed Lostlojic), and outright ambient records like Tapirus's 'A Calm Interval'. The structural turn worth knowing: the numbered vinyl line went quiet after Pettson's 'Satchidananda' (INPL009) in July 2023, and the label has since run mostly on a digital 'LTD' line, which is where its 2026 activity sits.

Lacuna Recordings
Lacuna Recordings is a Manchester house/tech-house imprint credited on its own Instagram bio as 'LABEL BY @paul_lacuna @tommwatkins', and its Facebook page describes it as a 'Record Label & hosting unique, underground parties in intimate spaces', so the label sits alongside a party series rather than standing alone. The LCN catalogue is verifiable and continuous, running from LCN 012 (October 2020) to LCN 035 (July 2026), with a vinyl offshoot under LCNA. Could NOT verify from any official page the widely repeated claim that the label began in 2016 as a promoter of house/techno nights across Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire, nor the founders' full names beyond the two Instagram handles.
Limousine Dream
Limousine Dream was founded in 2017 by Gene On Earth, initially as an outlet for his own productions including the album 'Local Fuzz', and opened to other artists in 2021 with the compilation 'The Sound Of Limo'. It has since grown into a family of sub-labels (TSOL, Nug-Net, Nuts&Volts, Limo Trax and the Discord-linked LimoBytes singles series) and is based in Berlin, Germany. Its current About page has been rewritten as a mission statement ('a cultural movement: a platform built to guide modern club culture toward greater depth, meaning, and human connection') and states no founding facts at all. Gene On Earth's legal name appears on no official page, so no founder name beyond the alias is asserted.
Local Talk
Local Talk came out of Stockholm around 2010, dreamed up at one of Mats Karlsson's Raw Fusion Recordings events where Tobias Lidström was DJing. Karlsson is Mad Mats, a Stockholm hip-hop-jam resident turned Raw Fusion and G.A.M.M. man, and Lidström is Tooli, who runs the city's 24:HRS party. They built it around one common factor, house music, and made sure they had enough records banked before launching. The early catalogue landed them a 90s-house-revival reputation that they then deliberately broke out of to avoid stagnating, and they now sit past 180 releases with two sub-labels, 1nce Again and OneOffs, having marked thirteen years with a two-volume compilation of new material. One quirk worth knowing: their old site, thelocaltalk.se, now simply redirects to their Bandcamp, which is where the label's official word lives, and that word includes a flat request not to send demos.
Ltd, W/Lbl
A Berlin jazz-house label that began as a YouTube channel. Its own words: 'Independent record label, born from a passion for Jazz-House music. Our journey began in 2015, rooted in a simple idea: to create a platform on YouTube dedicated to showcasing the nuanced world of sophisticated Jazz-oriented electronic music.' It grew from curation into pressing records, and now runs parallel series alongside premieres, playlists, live streams and a shop. The series are Black Label (LTDBLBL, originals), White Label (LTDWLBL, vinyl re-issues of previously digital tracks), Single Sided (with its own sub-label, Ltd, S/Sided), and Unlimited (digital-only EPs). It describes its remit as 'classic House with a pinch of Jazz to flavour the dance floor.' No founder is named in prose on any of its channels; its site's Terms of Service gives Nicolai Zagrodnick at an Alexandrinenstraße 49, 10969 Berlin address as the responsible party, which is the closest thing to an operator name it publishes.
Moonrover
Moonrover Records is a vinyl-and-digital label based in Krasnodar, Russia, dealing in minimal, rominimal and microhouse. Its catalogue opens with PRT Stacho 'Andromeda' (MNRVR001) in 2024, and PRT Stacho recurs as both artist and sleeve designer, which reads as the label's in-house figure, though no named founder or stated founding date could be verified from any official page, so none is asserted. In January 2025 it opened a parallel digital-only line alongside the vinyl series, and it has since drawn in established rominimal names, most visibly Barac. No press profile, interview or scene write-up exists for this label: coverage is thin and everything here comes from its own storefronts and its Discogs catalogue.
Natura Viva
Formed in Italy in 2010, Natura Viva is an independent house and techno group that has grown a family of sub-labels including Natura Viva Black.
Nervous Records
Nervous was founded in New York in 1991 by Mike Weiss together with his father Sam Weiss, who had run the disco label SAM Records since 1976. Mike first revived SAM in 1989, then started Nervous under his own banner on Frankie Crocker's advice, and the label's cartoon-character logo made it recognisable almost immediately. Its first big dance record was Sandy B's "Feel Like Singing" in 1992, but the label promptly detoured through hip-hop and reggae: the Wreck imprint put out Black Moon's "Enta Da Stage" and Smif-N-Wessun's "Dah Shinin'", and the Weeded imprint signed Mad Lion, whose "Take It Easy" moved over 250,000 units. It swung back to electronic music in 1994 with Josh Wink as Winx, and in 1996 led a garage-house revival with Byron Stingily's "Get Up" hitting number one on club charts including Billboard's. Thirty-five years and 5,000-plus releases later it bills itself as America's longest-standing independent dance label, still run by Mike Weiss as president, with Andrew Salsano appointed VP in 2024 and output now running three to five titles a week.
NightBass
AC Slater (Aaron Clevenger) started Night Bass in January 2014 as a monthly Los Angeles club night, built because LA had no middle ground between festival EDM and purist house for the UK-leaning sounds he loved: garage, bassline, grime, bass house; the record label followed roughly a year later (its own Bandcamp says 'established in 2014', while press dates the label proper to mid-2015). It hardened into the definitive American bass-house institution: an early US/UK interchange booking DJ Q, Taiki Nulight and Jack Beats, 800-plus tracks released by late 2023, a ten-year anniversary in 2024, and a Night Bass Energy podcast plus a touring event brand. In January 2022 it ran a joint compilation with Tchami's Confession, pairing both rosters. The business turn that matters: on 16 June 2023 AC Slater moved the label into a joint venture with Create Music Group, which now supplies its distribution and marketing muscle.
Novaj
A Paris operation that is a premiere channel first and a label second: its own SoundCloud describes it as 'Selector/Producer, music share media, Youtube channel & label' and says it is 'Run by Novaj', the DJ/producer of the same name, with the label side billed as 'Novaj Records'. Omena Records
Omena (Finnish for 'apple', per the label's own line 'Omena is finnish for apple. It's also a record label set up in 2014') was started in Stockholm in 2014 by Tobias 'Tooli' Lidström, better known for running Local Talk. It opened with HNNY's 'Always' 12" in April 2014, and HNNY's album Sunday followed in 2015 and remains the calling card people know it by. The line was warm, sample-led, deep and jazzy house with a disco tilt (Mella Dee, Casino Times, Westcoast Goddess, Jesse Futerman, Nuage, Golden Retriever) and it spun off a sublabel, Omena LTD, in 2015. The later years drifted toward a more UK-facing roster (TREE THREES, Half Dead Dave, Ognib, Moonee) and then it simply stopped: the last release was Moonee's Cactus Theory EP on 24 May 2024, the last post on its Facebook page was 8 June 2024, and omenarecords.com no longer serves the label's site at all.
Outertone
An independent electronic label and release channel that signs across a wide span of electronic styles and is known for its compilation series.
Owsla
Skrillex (Sonny Moore) announced Owsla on 17 August 2011 in Los Angeles, co-founded with Tim Smith, Kathryn Frazier and Clayton Blaha and named after the rabbit military caste in Richard Adams' Watership Down; the first release was Porter Robinson's 'Spitfire', and through the 2010s it was the defining American bass-music imprint, spinning off the Nest HQ blog, The Nest subscription service, the Owsla Goods merch line and a US partnership with Bromance. It went dormant in 2020 with no announcement (the newest item in its own site's release feed is Salvatore Ganacci's Boycycle EP, stamped 'RELEASE: Feb 14, 2020'), and the Nest HQ archive was wiped in 2024 (YouTube channel first, then every SoundCloud upload), which fans treated as a media-preservation scandal. The name has kept appearing since only as an imprint credit on Skrillex's own Atlantic releases (Quest for Fire and Don't Get Too Close, 2023; the FUS album and the Hit Me Where It Hurts X EP, 2025), so it functions as a badge rather than an operating A&R shop. In December 2024 Skrillex teased a revival by posting the Owsla logo and tagging the label's defunct Instagram as his ~15-year Atlantic deal wound down; treat the revival as unconfirmed.
Perspectives Digital
Founded in 2010 by the DJ and producer Darin Epsilon, Perspectives Digital grew out of his Perspectives radio show and focuses on progressive and melodic house and techno.
PIV Records
PIV was founded in 2015 in Amsterdam by the Dutch DJ and producer Prunk, and the name originally stood for 'Prunk Invites' before being reframed as 'People Invited' / VIP backwards, a nod to the inclusiveness of its parties. It began as a label-and-party platform for producers with, in its own words, a soft spot for the classic US house era of 80s/90s New York and Chicago, and it became the launchpad for the Amsterdam house wave around Prunk and Chris Stussy. The label's own webshop notes it returned in 2026 with the vinyl-only PIV Limited series after a roughly two-year pause, and in 2026 it was promoting a 10 Years festival. No published founding month or interview confirming the exact pause dates could be found beyond the retailer copy.

Pont Neuf Records
Pont Neuf Records is a Paris house imprint that has described itself since inception as 'Record label based in Paris since 2016' under the motto 'IN HOUSE WE TRUST'. A decade in, it is widely credited with platforming much of the new French house wave (Tour-Maubourg, Dylan Dylan, Mira Ló, THEOS and Goldie B among them) alongside a Rex Club residency and parties at Concrete, Badaboum, Djoon and Sacré. It ran a tenth-anniversary campaign across 2026: a compilation, 'Pont Neuf 10 Years — In House We Trust', was announced for September 4, 2026, with anniversary events on 31.07.26 at Cité Fertile (Pantin) and 07.08.26 at the Citadelle de Marseille. The founder's name, Thomas Prunier, comes from a Music is 4 Lovers feature dated June 2026 (unverified against an official page), though the official SoundCloud bio does give booking as [email address removed], which is consistent.
Quintessentials
Quintessentials has been running since 2008 out of the UK on a three-word brief it has never really moved off: deep, raw and real. The pitch is essential deep and raw house (tracks that are raw but still have soul, the thing people loved about old house records) and it has used that as a platform for unknowns and established underground names in equal measure, from Anton Zap and Vakula early on through to Motor City Drum Ensemble, Borrowed Identity, S3A and Felipe Gordon. It marked a decade in 2018 with the 'Ten Years Quintessentials' double-12", and passed its hundredth record with the 'Quite Essential' various-artists compilation, six tracks on vinyl plus four digital bonuses drawing on label stalwarts. Who actually runs it is not published anywhere findable: the label keeps no about page, no site of its own, and operates entirely through its Bandcamp and the @qemusic accounts.
Rawsome Recordings
Rawsome Recordings was founded in 2016 by Thomas Greco (who now records as DR. GRECO) in New York City, as the direct evolution of his earlier imprint Spira Music Records which he had started in 2014. The pitch has stayed consistent: raw, groove-driven underground house that keeps the genre's roots intact while pushing production forward, and the label was first properly introduced to the scene during ADE in Amsterdam. The meaningful turn is that it stopped being one label and became a group of three: Rawsome Recordings up top, with Rawsome Deep for the minimal and tech-house material and Rawsome Rave for hard dance, hard groove and techno (a Rawsome LTD imprint also exists on Beatport). It runs its own annual ADE showcase, a summer boat party in New York, and a dedicated stage at Odyssey Music Festival, so it functions as a scene operation rather than just a release schedule.
Razor-N-Tape
Razor-N-Tape was started in Brooklyn in 2012 by DJ-producers JKriv and Aaron Dae, originally as a home for the unreleased disco and house reworks that were mainstays of their own DJ sets (bootleg edits, in the peak-SoundCloud nu-disco moment), and it became the reference point for that whole edit scene. Over 100-plus releases the label deliberately moved from edits toward original productions rooted in NYC funk, soul and disco, and it now runs multiple sub-imprints. In October 2022 they opened a flagship record store in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, which stocks the full catalogue and hosts in-shop live sets. Their old website razor-n-tape.com now 301-redirects to their Bandcamp, so the standalone label site is effectively gone.
REALM
REALM was founded in 2018 by Gorgon City (the London duo of Kye Gibbon and Matt Robson-Scott) as both a record label and a party series, initially as a home for their own club-facing material starting with 'Motorola' that year. It grew well past being a vanity outlet: the catalogue now runs to roughly 200 releases and the label functions as a genuine platform, with an 'Enter The REALM' mix series that is 22 editions deep, a Beatportal residency, vinyl pressings, and A&R that stretches from UKG and bassline through tech house and melodic material. The wider structure matters too: Gorgon City later launched Realm Publishing in partnership with Sony Music Publishing UK, so the brand spans recordings and publishing.
Rendr Records
Rendr Records is a Manchester label that describes its own remit as 'an upbeat rolling Deep Tech/Minimal' club sound, and it has run a main catalogue past RR044 alongside a separate Bandcamp Exclusive Series (RRBC001-RRBC007) used to go deeper and more underground than the club-facing releases. No founding story could be established: there is no interview, press feature, or about page naming a founder or a founding year, and the label publishes no history text anywhere findable. The only dating anchor is internal: an early release credited as 'Lockdown Challenge Winner - Tyson Bruun - Shine' sits near the bottom of the Bandcamp series, which places the label's activity at least back to the 2020-21 period. Beyond that, who runs it and when it started could not be established.
Repopulate Mars
Lee Foss launched Repopulate Mars in 2016, and it exists because Hot Creations (the label he co-ran with Jamie Jones) had outgrown one set of ears. The inbound volume was overwhelming and the two founders' tastes had split, so Jones channelled tech house into Hottrax and Foss took his own bass-first instincts into Repopulate Mars, growing it out of his existing Repopulate Mars party brand. Chicago-raised and working out of Topanga, California, Foss curated by feel rather than genre (his stated test is the bassline, 'what gives them that stank-face'), and the label became an early platform for a whole generation of tech-house names, with Detlef's 2017 'Swagon' EP the breakthrough that proved it had staying power. It has since grown a small solar system of imprints: South of Saturn (September 2019, rawer and more experimental), North of Neptune (2023) and Repopulate Stars. The catalogue is past RPM300 and the party brand marked its 10-year anniversary in New York in July 2026.
SINCOPAT
Founded in 2010 by Aitor Ronda in Valencia, Sincopat has been named a Beatport Label of the Month and sits on the more musical side of tech house and progressive.
Sirup Music
Founded in 2001 in Zurich by the producer Maurizio Colella, better known as EDX, Sirup Music has been one of Switzerland's steadiest dance exports.
Sol Selectas
Founded in New York in 2006 by the DJ and producer Sabo, Sol Selectas built the organic and tribal house lane, fusing folkloric instrumentation with deep house and downtempo, and runs the long-running Summer Sol compilation series.
Spectrum Recordings
A London based label working in deep, chill and tropical house.
Start Local Records
Start Local Records is a Sydney label (it writes its home as 'Eora / Sydney,' using the Aboriginal name for the country the city sits on) with the stated remit 'a record label, with an affinity for house music' and the tagline 'Support your local record dealer.' Discogs files it as a 'House / Disco digital label based in Sydney, Australia,' and its Instagram bio reads 'Sydney Record Label spreading music and love.' It opened with the compilation Dance Ready Edits Volume 1 in 2019 and built out through a run of various-artists volumes before moving to single-artist EPs, staying close to a small circle of Australian producers. No founder name or exact founding month could be verified: the label publishes neither, and its own domain no longer serves a site.
Stay True Sounds
Kid Fonque (Allan Nicol) started Stay True Sounds in Johannesburg in 2016 with deep house DJ Jullian Gomes, and he started it out of necessity: he had been label manager at Soul Candi Records and was retrenched as that label declined, so he built his own. Gomes left early on to run his own imprint, leaving Nicol running it essentially single-handed on a stated principle of good taste over hits and longevity over trends. As he put it to DJ Mag, at the time 'there weren't an obvious home for independent underground electronic musicians' in South Africa. What it became known for is being the launchpad for a whole generation of South African deep house: DWSON, China Charmeleon, Sio, FKA Mash, Hypaphonik and Jazzuelle all built careers there, and Dwson's 2018 album 'Impulsiv' was the label's first full-length. Two turns matter: during the pandemic he ran 'STS Friday', a weekly release cadence that hugely expanded output and reach, and he added a sister imprint, STY TRU BTS, for singer-songwriters; the label's compilation series has since reached Vol. 6 with Defected handling it, and it is now routinely described as the biggest independent electronic label in the country.
Stealth Records
Founded in 2002 and run by the Grammy winning DJ and producer Roger Sanchez, Stealth has been one of the more visible artist-run house imprints of the last two decades.
The Anchor Records
The only 'Anchor' imprint that matches a house brief is The Anchor Records, a Brazilian independent collective that describes itself as a record label, an events crew and an artist community, dating itself to 2015 in its own Instagram bio. It works the mainstream club end of house: tech house, deep house and Brazilian-leaning dance cuts sold through Beatport, with a heavy free-download and guest-mix programme on SoundCloud that functions as its promo engine. Its catalogue is large and fast-moving: the Beatport catalogue number on its August 2026 release is TAR0248. The label pushes quality releases and professional mastering as its selling point to producers rather than any single marquee artist. It is one of the more openly submission-friendly small labels in this book, running a permanently posted demo form rather than an email address.
Toolroom Records
Toolroom was started in 2003 by Mark Knight and his brother Stuart in Maidstone, Kent, about ninety minutes southeast of London, and the name is literal: their first office was an actual tool shed in the yard of a house. Mark Knight's founding line for it was 'we wanted to be a record label run by DJs, for DJs', and the label built its reputation on credible, functional house and tech house at a time when tech house was a niche; twenty years on it is the dominant sound in commercial dance music, which Toolroom has a real claim to having helped build. Knight's own remixes of 'Man With The Red Face' and 'You've Got The Love' are among its defining club records. It long ago stopped being just a label: Toolroom Radio is a weekly show the company claims reaches 16 million listeners, and Toolroom Academy runs production and DJ courses, sample packs, mastering and live events. For an unsigned producer the useful turn is February 2023, when Toolroom joined LabelRadar and formalised a demo pipeline. The Academy now runs weekly demo-review livestreams where feedback is given publicly.
Toy Tonics
Toy Tonics was started in Berlin in 2012 by Mathias Modica, who DJs and produces as Kapote and used to record as Munk, a trained jazz pianist who had run the indie-disco label Gomma since 1999, one of the leading names of that 2000s wave alongside DFA and Output. He wound Gomma and the Munk alias down in 2015 to put everything into Toy Tonics, wanting to add something new to a Berlin that techno had swallowed; his line on it was simply 'It's a new Berlin!'. What the label actually does is organic house (Rhodes, live bass, jazz-and-funk chord movement, played rather than sampled, drawing on Black American music and West London broken beat) wrapped in PAZE's artwork. It hit its 100th EP in 2020, had reached TOYT199 by 2026, and has grown into a proper crew: the Toy Tonics Jams parties started in Berlin in 2019 and now run at Panorama Bar, Phonox and Rex Club, alongside apparel drops and an annual 60-page pocket magazine.
Traxx Underground
Traxx Underground is a house label founded in 2012 in Italy, run and curated by Samann, a DJ and producer who also founded its sister imprint Quality Vibe Records. It works several parallel catalogues (TU for the main line, TULTD for limited runs, a newer TUD series, and the QV numbers alongside) and it still presses vinyl rather than going digital-only, which fits its stated identity of 'authentic music, pure club energy and a strong connection to underground culture'. The roster is a genuine mix of pedigree and new blood: Resident Advisor's page lists Chicago and deep-house names like Glenn Underground and Kai Alce alongside Black Loops and Baltra, while the current release run leans on newer European producers. Nothing more could be established: there is no interview, press feature, or about page beyond the label's own one-line self-description, so anything about why it started or how it evolved would be guesswork.
WOLF Music Recordings
WOLF Music was set up in 2009 by Matt Neale and Stu Clark, two house and disco devotees who started out on the South Coast of England and later based the label in London. Their first ten releases nearly all sold out and needed immediate repressing, after which the label settled into a steady, unhurried output of roughly 80 records across the main imprint and its sub-labels, deliberately shifting over time from sample-heavy house and disco toward original compositions while keeping edits on a separate imprint. Neale has described the A&R test as simply 'Would we buy it ourselves?', and the label has built a reputation for pairing established names with new signings. Over sixteen years it has become one of the UK's most trusted sources for deep, soulful house.
X-Kalay
X-Kalay was established in London in 2016 and is curated and run by Sam Astbury; the operation is now based in Berlin. It emerged alongside the late-2010s lo-fi house boom and was first known for what Inverted Audio called pastel-infused dusty grooves under a forward-thinking house manifesto, but it has since broadened well past that into tech house, trance, electro and club-oriented material. The label has been notably consistent through 2026 and pairs emerging producers with established names. Coverage is thin on the reasons for the London-to-Berlin move and no date for it could be verified: the label's own pages state only the two locations.

The Lucas Eb link is confirmed two independent ways: the channel's own oldest playlist is titled 'Podcasts/Sets (Lucas Eb)', and the Zosse Records SoundCloud reposts an episode titled 'Lucas Eb (030esar0303) - HOUSEWARMING Podcast'. His RA profile describes him as a Berlin DJ, co-founder of Zosse, operator of the 030esar0303 channel, and co-founder of CLIFF MUSIC.

Balamii launched in 2014 as an app delivering mixes recorded in London clubs, and grew into a radio station and now a video platform based in Peckham, South London. Its About page bills it as 'DIY Excellence. From London To The World.' Everything is filmed in one room, The Balamii Booth, spotlighting 'raw and rising talent through DJ Sets, Rap Cyphers, and Live Performances.' They state plainly: 'The platform is run by a very small team. We have no big investors or major corporate backing.'
Berlin Bass Collective
Berlin Bass Collective was started in Berlin in 2016 by Matt Kus, first as a party promoter and then as a record label. Its opening event, Disco Kiez, was an all-vinyl disco party at Loophole on 20 August 2016 that drew over 150 people, and the imprint followed in 2017 with Sound of Berlin Bass Collective Vol 1 on 28 July 2017. It ran as a genuine collective of DJs, producers, visual artists and volunteers across several countries rather than as a conventional label, releasing house, deep house and disco under BBC catalogue numbers, and its stated ethos was to spread positivity through music. Kus has said he signs tracks based on the emotions they make him feel rather than on who the artist is. Output stopped after 2022 and the label has been quiet since.

Maslow Unknown is a London-based DJ and house-music premiere channel: its own SoundCloud bio reads, in full, 'Deeeeep into the vibe of house / DJ / London / Bookings: [email address removed]', with links out to matching YouTube, Instagram and TikTok channels and a donate link to 'Support The Channel'. With roughly 51,000 SoundCloud followers and 2,300+ tracks, what it actually does is post several 'PREMIERE:' uploads a week for other people's labels (Happiness Therapy, Gradient Recordings, REKD, Magic Carpet and many more) alongside its own DJ mixes, edits and mashups drawn from 1990s and 2000s deep, classic and tech house. There is no catalogue, no catalogue numbering and no signed artists anywhere on it. It is a genuinely valuable promo and tastemaker outlet to pitch, but it is not a place a track gets signed, and treating it as a label in a submission tracker will produce a send that can never come back as an offer.
MoskalusPremiere channel
Moskalus is primarily a long-running promo/premiere YouTube channel run by Marek Moskal from Ostrava, Czech Republic. Four/Four Magazine profiled it in March 2018, dating the channel to 2014 and noting that 'a Moskalus upload is almost seen as a badge of honour, a rite of passage to validate your talent', with particular credit for breaking Irish producers including KETTAMA. Rinse FM was started in September 1994 by DJ Geeneus and Slimzee in Tower Hamlets, London, and ran unlicensed for sixteen years to become London's biggest pirate radio station, foundational to jungle, UK garage, grime and dubstep. Ofcom awarded it a community radio licence in June 2010 and it began legal broadcast on 106.8 FM on 7 February 2011. It now runs multiple channels: Rinse UK, Rinse France (2014), Kool FM (2023) and SWU FM (2023), plus the Rinse Recordings label.

A house-dedicated music blog, record label and event brand. Its own YouTube About panel reads 'selected is a house dedicated music blog & record label. founded june 2013 in Berlin.' Founded by Nick and Nico, joined by Klaus and Michael in 2015; their about page claims a 6 billion stream milestone in 2025 and 'two of the biggest playlist brands on all streaming services'. It is one of the largest house-only curation channels on YouTube at 3.37M subscribers and 2.63bn lifetime views, uploading several tracks a week, and it runs a label that is actively signing.
SlavPremiere channel
Slav is a house-music promo/premiere channel, not a record label: its YouTube channel (@slavhaus, 294K subscribers, 325 videos) describes itself in its own words as 'An esoteric house music channel with a deep and groovy selection', and its SoundCloud holds only 28 own tracks against a wall of reposts. Four/Four Magazine profiled it in March 2018 as run by Oskar Koch from Poland, calling it 'one of, if not the synonymous player in popularising lo-fi house' and crediting it with breaking DJ Boring, DJ Seinfeld and Baltra; the article described the channel as already over a year old then, so it dates to roughly 2016-17. It has grown into a small promo network (the official Linktree also lists Slav's Hip Hop Channel, Slav's Ambient Channel, a Discord, an FB group and a Reddit), and the resource it publishes for producers is a list of promo channels, not of labels. It has never released records: there is no Slav discography on any distributor or Bandcamp.
SlothBoogieCollective
SlothBoogie began life in 2010 as a music blog run by three house and disco obsessives (Pat, Danny and Conor) and grew from there into a full London operation: a DJ collective, a record label, a radio show and a party series. The blog side never went away, and the platform is still one of the more trusted premiere and guest-mix outlets in UK underground house, with its guest mix series past episode 474. The label side is considerably younger than the blog: Resident Advisor dates the label to 2017, and its catalogue runs on an SBR prefix now at SBR020. They marked fifteen years in 2025 with a '15 Years Of SlothBoogie' double-LP compilation and a Berghain/Panorama Bar party, and they hold a long-running connection to Berlin's Sisyphos.
Stamp The WaxBlog
London-founded independent music magazine, started in 2011 by two friends, with editorial ties to London, Bristol and Brighton. It ran exclusive premieres, documentaries and videos, in-depth features, live reviews, a radio show, guest mixes and its own parties, and was well regarded in the UK leftfield/disco/house scene. Where the routes and the tracking live
Saltado Sessions is a desktop app for producers. It scans every project on your drives into one searchable library, and it carries this whole catalog, more than 1,200 labels and outlets, as a directory you can filter by genre next to the track you are about to send.
The directory is free. Searchable, genre-tagged, the histories, the outlets kept visibly apart from the labels, and the pay-to-play warnings, with no cap and no trial clock. A warning is worth nothing to the person who has already paid, which is why that flag is not the paid part.
Known demo routes are part of Pro, a $44 one-time purchase that is never a subscription, together with submission tracking Pro: you pick a label and hit send once, the app opens that label's route and logs the send in the same click, and the history then lives on the track itself with dates, replies, and an amber flag when a send has sat unanswered for 30 days. A route you dig up yourself is yours on any tier, and so is every note you write about a label.
It runs on your machine and only your machine. There is no account, nothing about your library leaves the computer, and the catalog is a local database that you own.
